Each of the Year of Young People 2018 #ScotArt Youth Champions & Artists worked so hard undertaking the Creative Consultation & Creative Making elements of the 15 Regional Workshops that formed the beating heart of this incredible project from August to December - the Edinburgh's Hogmanay National Year of Young People #ScotArt Finale Project. In the stunning aerial image below, it was us who were literally at the very beating heart of Scotland. It was such an amazing experience as Lead Artist to spend more time with everyone from across all of the Scottish Regions together as one last night, parading down the most prestigious road in the country, admiring the fruits of our labour, feeling the warmth as they burnt & sent the spirit of Scotland into the sky, and as the old year turned into the new, with the hope that 2019 might be a wonderfully happy new year for all of these young people too.
