We'll be hitting the streets of Glasgow this Thursday the 23rd of May on Buchanan Street, so if you're about, we hope to see you there! We'll be performing at the Glasgow Mela on the 15th of June and the Glasgow Merchant City Arts Festival over the last weekend in July as well with further performances and some exciting plans in the pipeline. sònaSonas is very grateful for the support provided via the Gaelic Drama Network Scheme through Creative Scotland, Bord na Gàidhlig, An Lòchran, Glasgow's Gaelic Arts Centre, and Glasgow Life.

It's looking to be a busy summer indeed as I'll also be delivering Trilingual Circus Skill workshops (Irish, English & Scots Gaelic) in Donegal in July with my two Irish-speaking circus partners Stephen and Con – you can read more about our work here: http://www.independentstateofhappiness.com/index.php/en/workshops/bilingual-circus-skills-workshops

I'll also be heading down to Wales in June to work on my Welsh and juggling skills in preparation for the Celtic Neighbours conference at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, Scotland's national Gaelic college, later that month. I'll be continuing developing my acrobatic skills as well after my return to the artform on foot of a mini-documentary Northern Visions, Northern Ireland's leading community television organisation, created with me last December and only recently released - you can view it here: http://vimeo.com/62417251
